Labels:text | screenshot | font | document OCR: Seafood on Iron Platter Ingredients: Squid 1 (about 1/2 lb), Shrimps 1/2 lb, Ham 2 oz, Celery 3 oz (remove root, and wash), Garlic 1/2 tbsp (crushed). Seasoning: Salt 1/2 tsp, Pepper 1 tsp, Corn starch 11/2 tsp. Sauce Mix: Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Superior Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Wine 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Corn starch 1 tsp, Water 1/3 cup. Procedure: 1. Shell, devein and wash shrimps. Bone, wash and dry squid, slice (2" x 1") and blanch. Add seasonings and marinate for 30 mins. 2. Cut ham and celery into 2" long strips. Prepare sauce. 3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok. Sauté garlic, add in squid and shrimps, stir-fry for 3 mins, then add in ham and celery. Mix well. Dish up. 4. Heat sauce in wok until thickens. 5. Heat up the iron platter, add in the fried ingredients. Pour the sauce over before serving.
